About the Role
• Perform structural and finite element analysis (FEA) on mechanical components using tools such as Ansys or Abaqus. • Conduct static, dynamic, thermal, and fatigue analyses to evaluate product durability. • Validate simulation results through hand calculations and experimental testing. • Optimize designs for structural integrity and collaborate with cross‑functional design teams. • Generate technical reports and present findings to internal stakeholders. • Design centrifugal compressors based on mechanical and thermodynamic requirements. • Interact with customers to provide technical support and address design inquiries.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering. • 1–5 years of experience in structural analysis and finite element simulations. • Proficiency with FEA software (Ansys, Abaqus, or similar). • Strong knowledge of mechanics of materials, structural dynamics, and failure analysis. • Understanding of thermo‑mechanical phenomena and heat‑transfer concepts. • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and material specifications. • Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or Creo) is a plus. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. • Experience in aerospace, automotive, energy, or related industries. • Familiarity with GD&T and machine drawing fundamentals. • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or MATLAB for automation. • Awareness of industry standards (ASME, ASTM, ISO). • Demonstrated interpersonal, leadership, and self‑driven problem‑solving abilities.
