About the Role
The Maintenance Technician supports all aspects of property upkeep, including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency and cosmetic maintenance, as well as the make‑ready process. The role operates under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to meet the property’s operational objectives. • Attend daily on‑site and respond promptly to resident and management work orders • Perform repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance for common areas, buildings, and units • Assist with scheduling and execution of turnover events and make‑ready processes • Maintain exterior grounds, breezeways, and swimming pool while keeping accurate chemical logs • Inspect property daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and compliant with OSHA and Asset policies • Support hazard communication program and promote safe work practices • Record service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance, preventive maintenance, and make‑ready status accurately • Provide excellent customer service, monitor request turnaround, and enforce community policies • Participate in on‑call emergency response and additional tasks assigned by supervisors

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer proficiency, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations.
