About the Role
Property managers work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. What You Bring
Managers must be able to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities spending up to 50 % of time outdoors, climb stairs, open large doors, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and keeping exterior grounds free of debris. Successful candidates have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based roles. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required, with mileage reimbursement available. • Physical tasks: lift up to 35 lb, walk outdoors 50 % of time, climb stairs, clean interiors and maintain exterior grounds. • Required experience in customer‑service sales (retail, restaurant, fast‑food, etc.).
