About the Role
The HRIS Specialist supports the administration and maintenance of HCM systems, including SuccessFactors, by handling configuration, reporting, analytics, testing, data maintenance, and user support. The role may serve as a subject‑matter expert for modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, or Learning. It partners with business unit leaders, HR, IT, and Payroll to support system enhancements, integrations, and daily HR technology operations while ensuring accurate data and effective system usage. • Maintain data integrity through regular reviews, audits, and reconciliations of HCM master and time‑off records. • Support system enhancements by configuring, testing, documenting, and conducting UAT under HRIS leadership. • Test new functionality and releases, document results, and recommend adoption decisions. • Provide operational backup for key HR transactions such as hires, transfers, terminations, promotions, and compensation changes. • Administer role‑based security by processing access requests and maintaining permission roles. • Monitor integrations with external systems, troubleshoot issues, validate data, and escalate complex problems. • Support employment compliance by aligning system configurations and documentation with regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with the HRIS Manager and Compliance Department on projects and compliance support. • Generate standard and ad‑hoc HCM reports using reporting and analytics tools. • Perform system configuration and maintenance per defined requirements and standards. • Support HCM integrations by monitoring files, troubleshooting errors, and validating data. • Assist with system testing, upgrades, and enhancements, including executing test scripts and UAT participation. • Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials. • Gather and document business requirements and support system change implementations. • Maintain confidentiality in all dealings. • Deliver strong customer service. • Read, research, write, and analyze various reports and data. • Apply judgment consistent with company policies, procedures, and regulations. • Multi‑task, organize, and prioritize work efficiently.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of HCM system experience or equivalent. • Possess working knowledge of one or more HCM modules, including configuration and basic security. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and collaborative ability with HR, IT, and vendors. • Present information clearly in written and oral form to all organizational levels. • Read and comprehend procedures, regulations, and laws. • Perform basic mathematical calculations accurately. • Work effectively with co‑workers at all levels. • Be detail‑oriented and analytical.
