About the Role
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining templated SharePoint sites, implementing new releases with configuration, testing and integration, and providing 2nd‑line support while administering SharePoint Online. The role also supports the ECM/Power Platform Centre of Excellence, produces specifications aligned with enterprise architecture, creates storage mechanisms for structured and unstructured data, executes test schedules, liaises with integration teams and suppliers, analyses business needs to streamline ECM processes, and ensures thorough documentation and user training. • Develop and maintain templated SharePoint sites and solutions. • Implement and test new SharePoint releases, including configuration and integration. • Provide 2nd‑line support and administer SharePoint Online environments. • Support the ECM/Power Platform Centre of Excellence and archive solutions. • Produce specifications and designs aligned with enterprise architecture. • Create mechanisms for structured and unstructured information storage. • Execute test schedules to ensure solution quality. • Liaise with integration teams and external suppliers during development. • Analyse business needs and streamline Enterprise Content Management processes. • Produce robust documentation and deliver user training. • Participation in 24/7 incident support rotas as required.

What You Bring
Candidates must have strong experience in SharePoint Online administration and development, be familiar with the Microsoft 365 stack and Power Platform, and be capable of producing technical documentation and delivering training. Essential qualifications include proven SharePoint development and support experience, excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams. Desirable skills are automation workflows using Power Automate, knowledge of ServiceNow, and ITIL processes. • Strong experience in SharePoint Online administration and development. • Proficient with the Microsoft 365 stack and Power Platform. • Ability to author technical documentation and conduct training sessions. • Proven SharePoint development and support expertise. • Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement skills. • Desirable: automation workflows using Power Automate, ServiceNow, ITIL knowledge.
