About the Role
As a member of the Roads Commercial Team reporting to the Commercial Director, you will lead the commercial side of major frameworks and work alongside framework leadership teams. You will provide commercial direction, support governance and ensure contractual compliance across projects. You will be an active contributor to the WSP Transport and Infrastructure Commercial Team, influencing decisions, delivering training and identifying business‑improvement opportunities. Your role will help embed a stronger commercial culture throughout the business. • Guide Framework Leadership Team on governance and contractual compliance. • Support Quality/General Managers throughout the commercial lifecycle. • Review and manage Work Orders and subcontract agreements. • Supervise commercial team in contract reviews and advice. • Identify, report, and resolve non‑conformities and contract issues. • Promote best‑practice commercial training and learning. • Lead and support audit activities. • Analyse performance trends to drive improvements. • Collaborate with Legal, Project Directors and Operations to resolve disputes and claims.

What You Bring
We are looking for candidates with transport or infrastructure consultancy or client experience, a relevant degree or professional membership, and proven people‑and‑commercial management skills. Excellent communication, the ability to influence and work in multidisciplinary environments, and full‑lifecycle contract management experience (NEC, COE) in the UK or Ireland are essential.
