About the Role
The Party Chief is responsible for all layout activities and ensures safe, accurate work. He/she understands SQP goals and collaborates with project leadership to identify improvement ideas, contributing to effective project management through daily observations and communication. The role also involves interfacing daily with the client and project management to resolve tolerance conflicts and field constructability issues while perpetuating the IIF safety culture. • Install onsite layout. • Provide layout that meets quality control requirements. • Direct and oversee staff. • Ensure a safe work environment. • Participate in training and certifications.

What You Bring
The Party Chief must be competent in key areas to perform safely, productively, and effectively. The listed responsibilities describe the general nature and level of work for this role but are not exhaustive of all duties, skills, or working conditions. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent with six years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and a minimum of two years as an Instrument Man II. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent with six years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Have at least two years experience as an Instrument Man II.
