About the Role

As a Front Desk Supervisor you will lead the daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences for owners and guests. You will train and support front desk staff, maintain quality standards, and manage the house bank and daily financial reporting. Your role also includes handling guest registrations, posting charges, and resolving any issues promptly. • Supervise daily Front Office operations • Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out procedures • Greet and welcome owners and guests upon arrival • Register guests in the system, verifying reservation, address, and credit information • Promote Hilton Grand Vacations services and member benefits • Train and direct new Front Desk team members • Enforce Front Office quality standards and policies • Maintain the house bank and deposit receipts daily • Assign specific tasks to front desk staff (e.g., credit verification, address completion, posting charges) • Monitor and ensure accurate guest registration and checkout sequences • Follow up on unresolved guest situations and credit opportunities • Maintain a daily log of guest opportunities with corrective actions • Provide ongoing coaching and support to the front desk team • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk area • Attend regular shifts with consistent attendance • Communicate unresolved issues to higher‑level managers or supervisors

What You Bring

The position requires at least a high school diploma or GED and prior related experience, along with strong analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal and service skills, as well as the ability to resolve conflicts and mentor others, are essential.
