About the Role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include understanding business fundamentals and standard operating procedures, following a designated training schedule and achieving certification at each level, maintaining professional communication with internal customers, integrating new procedures into daily routine, meeting productivity targets, resolving problem invoices urgently, and handling quality control issues in problem queues. What You Bring
Qualifications: A required B.Com, M.Com or equivalent degree is needed. Preferred candidates have six months of relevant experience in audit, accounts, and finance, with prior exposure to similar processes considered an advantage. Candidates with strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered even without experience. Physical Requirements: The position involves repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination, sitting, talking, and hearing, and is performed primarily in an office setting using standard equipment such as computers and phones.
