About the Role
The Community Manager reports to the Regional Manager and is accountable for the full‑cycle operations of an on‑site housing community. This includes overseeing personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration, and risk management while ensuring compliance with Asset Living policies, safety standards, and fair‑housing regulations. • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop on‑site staff using company‑approved techniques. • Create and maintain weekly/daily schedules for office and maintenance personnel. • Address performance issues promptly, document actions, and coordinate with HR as needed. • Develop annual operating budgets and forecasts to maximize net operating income. • Monitor rent collection, deposit reconciliation, and timely processing of vendor invoices. • Prepare accurate property closeout reports and ownership financial statements. • Design and execute yearly marketing plans and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals. • Handle resident complaints, requests, and retention initiatives such as events and newsletters. • Show, lease, and manage move‑in processes for prospective residents. • Ensure all administrative and leasing reports are complete, accurate, and submitted on time. • Lead emergency response teams, coordinating staff and residents to minimize liability. • Oversee maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation projects to ensure quality and timeliness. • Maintain property appearance through regular inspections and timely repairs.

What You Bring
• Apply basic computer and on‑site software skills; familiarity with Fair Housing and OSHA requirements. • Possess a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and, when possible, CAM or ARM certification.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 annually and includes a comprehensive total rewards package: medical, dental, vision, life, accidental and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer match, performance bonuses, paid sick days, and company holidays. Reliable transportation is required for on‑call emergency duties.
