About the Role
Key responsibilities include recognizing opportunities for improvement and proactively implementing corrective actions. The employee will organize and complete daily task requirements, manage daily purchase-order tracking, and maintain professional contacts with vendors and suppliers. Additional duties involve creating work orders, entering purchase orders accurately in a fast-paced environment, filing old purchase orders daily, and maintaining a professional demeanor. The role requires using various computer systems and Microsoft Office software, assisting colleagues as needed, and occasionally meeting with internal team members, suppliers, or customers to meet expectations. • Proactively recognize and implement process improvements. • Manage daily purchase‑order tracking, create work orders, and enter purchase orders accurately in a fast‑paced setting. • Maintain professional relationships with vendors, suppliers, internal teams, and customers. • Utilize various computer systems and Microsoft Office software; assist teammates as needed.

What You Bring
