About the Role
The Custodian ensures the cleanliness and upkeep of facility buildings and associated properties by performing routine cleaning tasks, safely lifting and moving heavy items as instructed, removing trash and debris, and promptly addressing spills. They utilize cleaning equipment proficiently, follow a daily schedule for continuous maintenance, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. • Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of facility buildings and properties. • Safely lift and move heavy items as directed. • Remove trash, debris, and promptly clean spills. • Maintain a clean, safe working environment for staff and visitors. • Participate in company‑supported volunteer programs and free trade training via Lee Company University.

What You Bring
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior custodial or janitorial experience is also preferred.
