About the Role
The Scheduler role focuses on creating and maintaining detailed, resource‑loaded construction schedules using Primavera P6. The position supports sustainable scheduling processes, influences contractors and trade partners, and helps embed a strong scheduling culture across the programme. Key duties include building individual project Gantt charts from first principles, integrating them into a master programme schedule, and updating schedules monthly for enterprise‑wide reporting. The Scheduler also reviews contractor schedules, evaluates change impacts on budget and timing, assists with earned value analysis, prepares cost‑loaded schedules for cash‑flow forecasting, and facilitates cross‑project scheduling meetings with design, construction and capacity‑planning teams. • Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules for individual projects and the master programme. • Coordinate with project managers to define realistic durations across all project phases. • Identify leads, lags, contingencies and dependencies to establish critical paths. • Perform contractor schedule reviews and assess budget and timeline impacts. • Prepare cost‑loaded schedules to support detailed cash‑flow projections. • Assist with earned value analysis and generate regular project control reports. • Facilitate cross‑project scheduling meetings with design, construction and planning teams. • Drive a positive scheduling culture and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

What You Bring
Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field and at least ten years of experience. They must be highly proficient in Primavera P6, skilled at developing critical‑path schedules, and capable of coordinating multiple data sources into master schedules while delivering clear status reports. Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities are essential, as is an understanding of project governance and procurement processes. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent with 10+ years experience. • Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder‑management skills. • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and understand governance and procurement.
