About the Role
As a Cleaner at Velociti Services, you will join the frontline team that delivers commercial cleaning at client locations. Your duties include standard custodial and janitorial tasks such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping, and waste removal, ensuring spaces are clean and presentable. You must comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures, use proper personal protective equipment, and maintain a clean work area. Teamwork is essential; you will work alongside colleagues, take direction from supervisors, communicate professionally, and fill in during staff shortages while supporting the shift lead with punch‑list items. Key responsibilities include vacuuming, edging, dusting, cleaning and stocking restrooms and breakrooms, window cleaning, emptying trash, and sweeping and mopping floors. The role requires a solid commitment to the guest experience, respectful relationships with teammates and guests, and willingness to coordinate with other internal departments and attend team meetings. • Perform standard custodial tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, edging, and waste removal. • Clean and restock restrooms and breakrooms, and clean windows. • Follow safety rules, wear personal protective equipment, and keep the work area tidy. • Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, coworkers, managers, and customers. • Support the shift lead, fill in during staff shortages, and complete punch‑list items. • Provide exceptional customer service and adhere to company policies.
