About the Role
Typical responsibilities include cleaning interior floors, carpets, furniture, windows, and restrooms, as well as handling waste removal and occasional snow removal. The role also involves periodic tasks such as high‑dusting, polishing leather or wood surfaces, and wall washing. • Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors using commercial buffers and shampoo machines. • Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot‑clean and shampoo rugs as directed. • Dust and clean furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, and light fixtures, including periodic high‑dusting. • Wash interior windowsills, glass, doors, partitions, and exterior entrance glass and trim. • Clean and restock restrooms daily, including wiping glass, emptying waste baskets, servicing soap and paper dispensers, and scrubbing floors. • Monitor and report bathroom defects such as clogged urinals or non‑functional lights. • Collect building trash, replace liners, and place waste containers in approved locations for removal. • Sweep or shovel snow from building entrances and walkways as needed. • Perform periodic work such as high dusting, leather and wood polishing, and wall washing. • Take direction, work with minimal supervision, and cooperate effectively within a team. • Operate cleaning tools and equipment, including backpack‑style portable vacuums.

What You Bring
The Cleaner works under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor, performing a variety of custodial duties for C&W Services in accordance with company standards and procedures. This full‑time, first‑shift position requires the ability to follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and cooperate as part of a team. No prior cleaning experience is required, but the candidate must be able to operate cleaning equipment, including portable vacuums and floor buffers.
