About the Role

• Manage and oversee BIM field operations and engineering processes. • Develop high‑performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and performance appraisals. • Coordinate with operations management to select BIM tools and allocate resources for each job. • Participate in Operation Review meetings to update management on BIM progress and impact. • Collaborate with project managers to ensure quality assurance and control via model leveraging. • Lead risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and pricing decisions for BIM‑based project scopes. • Enforce safety protocols by using BIM modeling for task pre‑planning. • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients. • Interpret and enforce Turner’s contract and subcontract agreements related to model use and data fidelity. • Foster strong relationships with architects, subcontractors, and vendors.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least ten years of related experience, or an equivalent mix of education and training. Required expertise includes construction BIM tools (Navisworks Manage, Trimble SketchUp, Autodesk Revit), cost and scheduling applications, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Leadership, contract interpretation, and LEAN methodology experience are also essential. The role requires occasional physical activity such as climbing stairs or ladders, lifting up to 50 lb, and working on active construction sites with exposure to noise, fumes, weather, and electrical hazards.
