About the Role
The Service Coordinator role involves coordinating the servicing of company and customer equipment, ensuring timely dispatch of mechanics and rental tools, managing parts supply, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. • Coordinate and ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of field service mechanics for preventive maintenance • Coordinate and ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of rental equipment and tools to customers • Direct the supply of parts to shop mechanics, other branches, and customers • Direct the operations of the Parts Department to maintain appropriate inventories and minimize costs • Prepare work schedules and handle service calls to meet customer needs and assure equipment availability • Order parts to maintain adequate supplies • Work with equipment vendors to learn maintenance requirements and capabilities of new inventory • Handle customer complaints regarding equipment condition or operation

What You Bring
