About the Role

• Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies. • Perform daily storage unit inspections to verify inventory and availability. • Audit cash drawers and complete bank deposits each day. • Conduct payment reminder and collection calls to keep accounts current. • Lift and move items weighing up to 35 lb. • Spend up to 50 % of the workday outdoors, walking around facilities, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. • Clean interior areas (sweeping, mopping) and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal.
