About the Role

• Build strong relationships with platform and functional partners to support new product launches and continuous improvement. • Conduct and manage packaging testing, trials, and analyses to validate and advance packaging opportunities. • Lead cross‑functional collaborations to develop packaging solutions that balance cost, quality, and delivery targets. • Communicate and document work through test reports, cost analyses, and 2D/3D CAD concepts. • Develop technical knowledge of a wide variety of packaging materials and applications. • Lead multiple projects in a cross‑functional environment while delivering effective results. • Apply engineering principles and statistics to solve problems and make data‑driven decisions.

What You Bring

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Packaging Engineering, Packaging Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field. • Junior or senior standing preferred (graduating May 2027–June 2028). • CAD experience. • Authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship provided. • Experience in packaging design/engineering for industrial products. • Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing, ASTM or ISTA test standards and procedures. • Strong interpersonal communication skills. • Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities. • Proficient time and task management. • Innovative and adaptable.
