About the Role

The position reports to the Factory Quality Manager and works closely with operations, continuous improvement (CI) managers, and CI subject‑matter experts across Schneider locations. It is responsible for planning, leading, defining, developing, reviewing, and auditing strategic activities that drive continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to established company standards. The role manages process improvement efforts, baseline current processes, set short‑ and long‑term targets, and oversee projects aligned with the Schneider Performance System principles. • Baseline processes, set targets, and manage CI projects aligned with SPS principles • Conduct Gemba visits, root‑cause problem solving, and data‑driven decision making • Lead cross‑functional teams to implement lean techniques and eliminate waste • Develop and track improvement metrics; report results to management • Facilitate lean manufacturing training and mentor production personnel

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred) and 5+ years of CI experience • Hands‑on experience with lean and Six Sigma tools (5S, Kaizen, DMAIC, etc.) • Proven project management, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to influence without direct authority and meet tight deadlines • Physical ability to sit for long periods, lift up to 25 lb, and travel ~10 %

Benefits

This full‑time U.S. position offers a compensation range of $96,000 to $144,000 per year, including base pay and a short‑term incentive. Pay within the range is set based on performance, knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The role also provides a comprehensive benefits package that covers medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, flexible work options, paid family leave, 401(k) with matching, and 12 holidays plus 15 days of paid time off (pro‑rated in the first year).
