About the Role

The Field Engineer supports project planning and execution, helping develop schedules, monitor cost, scope, safety and quality, and identify resource needs such as manpower and equipment. Duties include conducting job reviews, coordinating customer shutdowns, investigating issues, preparing proposals and change orders, maintaining project documentation, and generating routine reports. The role assists the Project Management Supervisor or Project Manager with daily construction activities and project close‑out tasks.

What You Bring

Candidates must have effective oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and solid computer literacy. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent experience, a valid California driver’s license, and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project and PowerPoint are required. The position also demands the ability to read civil, architectural, structural and mechanical plans, strong problem‑solving skills, and the capacity to prioritize work and meet deadlines. The hourly wage ranges from $45.00 to $56.00 based on experience.
