About the Role

The role involves engineering design evaluations, ensuring projects stay within budget and schedule, reviewing policies for data accuracy and compliance, and delivering technical support while designing and communicating operational plans. • Collaborate with design and preconstruction teams to develop digital models aligned with project goals. • Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts. • Implement cost control procedures and monitor progress against project plans. • Gather resources and coordinate with planning, estimating, and accounting functions for cost management. • Provide engineering designs, specifications, and technical review of tenders and proposals. • Support conceptual estimating, design validation, and risk assessment through preconstruction modeling. • Resolve operational issues to minimize delays. • Supervise engineers, drafters, and technicians as needed. • Perform physical tasks such as occasional stooping, lifting up to 50 lbs, and frequent use of hands and technology. • Adhere to safety standards in a safety‑sensitive role. • Participate in employee stock ownership plan and 401(k) with company contributions.
