Job Highlights
About the Role
The role leads the EFE OPEX team in Pune, focusing on people and talent development, the team operating model, and OPEX communication and engagement with engineering stakeholders. It drives continuous improvement and light automation of internal EFE processes—such as OPEX governance, PROLaunch enablement, Innovation/DFSS/CI support, internal assessments and knowledge management—using Microsoft platforms (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure) in partnership with Digital/IT. People and talent development responsibilities include building a high‑performance, inclusive culture; coaching and mentoring team members on growth plans and specialist/expert tracks; and facilitating competency development in process excellence and digital fluency along defined succession pathways. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
