About the Role
As a Maintenance Tech III you will maintain guestrooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑the‑house areas to ensure an attractive, well‑maintained property. The primary focus is on guest relations and problem resolution while performing a variety of mechanical, electrical, and structural tasks. You will work collaboratively with team members, owners, and guests to uphold high standards of service. • Repair boilers, plumbing, pumps, exhaust fans, and HVAC equipment. • Complete maintenance tasks from work orders and conduct visual inspections. • Dismantle defective machines, install new components, and operate machine tools. • Install and repair electrical apparatuses, including transformers and wiring. • Repair and maintain the building’s physical structure. • Maintain, clean, and chemically balance pools, spas, and water features. • Provide customer service and respond to calls and questions from members, owners, and guests. • Conduct building rounds and maintain proper records and documentation.

What You Bring
• Effective verbal and written communication in English. • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. • Minimum 3 years facilities maintenance experience. • Ability to climb stairs, work on ladders up to 40 ft, and lift/push/pull specified weights. • 3‑5 years related experience (preferred). • EPA Universal Certification, Certified Pool Operator, and state driver’s license (preferred).
