About the Role

Under moderate supervision, the employee assists the Project Management team with administration on moderate‑size projects or portions of larger projects, following set guidelines. Responsibilities include interfacing with design and BIM teams, addressing superintendent inquiries, monitoring change orders, supporting regulatory compliance and financial reporting, reviewing costs and schedules, maintaining document control systems, attending meetings, and providing technical direction to subordinate managers while enforcing company policies. • Assist Project Management team with administration on moderate‑size projects or portions of large projects. • Coordinate with design, BIM, and superintendent teams to address project questions. • Monitor and process change orders and support regulatory compliance and financial reporting. • Review project costs and schedules to ensure budget and contract compliance. • Maintain project information using document control and project management software. • Attend meetings and report on task progress. • Provide technical direction to subordinate managers and enforce company policies.

What You Bring

The role requires a BA/BS in Construction Management, Business, or a related field and at least two years of commercial construction experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred experience includes large commercial projects, foundations, framing, concrete work, project documentation, cost management, subcontractor coordination, and enforcing OSHA and company safety standards. Physical demands typical of construction field roles include climbing ladders and stairs, using personnel hoists, moving through varied terrain, and handling tools and materials, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds unassisted, as well as required vision capabilities for close, peripheral, and depth perception tasks. Work environments are primarily active job sites where exposure to heavy machinery, elevated work areas, airborne particles, weather conditions, and electrical risks is common. Employees must wear personal protective equipment, remain alert, and adapt to noise levels ranging from moderate to high. The position does not include sponsorship for U.S. work authorization, requires a pre‑employment substance‑abuse test, and is located on‑site in Cleveland, Ohio; it is neither hybrid nor remote. • Hold a BA/BS in Construction Management, Business, or related field and at least 2 years of commercial construction experience. • Experience with large commercial projects, foundations, framing, concrete, and project documentation (schedules, RFIs, submittals, minutes). • Knowledge of subcontractor invoicing, change order process, and budget compliance. • Ability to coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and vendors for timely material delivery. • Experience enforcing OSHA and company safety standards.
