About the Role

As an Inside Sales Associate at Apartments.com, you will deliver sales presentations via phone and webinars, advise clients on marketing solutions, prospect new business, and expand existing accounts by identifying and developing new portfolio solutions. New associates receive extensive training to build market credibility and represent the brand successfully. • Prospect new clients and identify upsell/renewal opportunities using CoStar market data. • Serve as trusted advisor, building and maintaining strategic marketing relationships with property managers and owners. • Develop expertise in digital advertising, multifamily real estate, and regional market trends. • Partner with internal teams to drive revenue and deliver superior customer service. • Provide value‑add communication, market insights, and tailored solutions to support client goals.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years B2B or high‑volume B2C sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or multifamily advertising. • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a consultative sales environment. • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent 4 years multifamily/digital marketing experience). • Ability to work onsite Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:30 pm EST. • Strong analytical skills to build reports and make data‑driven recommendations. • Flexible, adaptable self‑starter with excellent attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience managing the full customer lifecycle and pipeline.
