About the Role
The Food & Beverage Manager leads the resort’s food, beverage, and retail gift‑shop functions, focusing on delivering exceptional guest and owner experiences while maintaining strict quality, sanitation, safety, and policy standards. • Oversee daily F&B operations ensuring food quality, safety, sanitation, and service standards • Train, coach, and support team members while maintaining policy compliance • Achieve operational, financial, and guest satisfaction goals through forecasting, budgeting, and labor control • Resolve guest concerns and manage staffing, inventory, and supply challenges • Support the general manager with capital projects and operational improvement planning • Coordinate with other departments to align staffing and inventory with occupancy • Ensure accurate shift closings, checklists, and daily procedures are completed • Contribute to menu development and F&B marketing initiatives • Manage retail gift shop operations, including purchasing, merchandising, scheduling, and inventory
