About the Role

The Cleaner (2nd Shift) reports to the Custodial Manager or Supervisor and performs a variety of custodial duties for C&W Services in accordance with established company standards and procedures. Key responsibilities include cleaning interior floors, vacuuming rugs and carpets, dusting furniture and fixtures, cleaning interior windows and glass surfaces, maintaining and restocking restrooms, handling trash collection, and performing snow removal and periodic high‑dusting or polishing tasks as directed. • Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors using manual or commercial floor machines. • Vacuum rugs and carpets in offices and public areas; spot‑clean and shampoo rugs as required. • Dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, door trim, light fixtures, and perform periodic high dusting. • Clean interior windows, glass surfaces, and door trims. • Maintain and restock restrooms daily, including wiping glass, emptying waste baskets, servicing dispensers, and cleaning tiles and floors. • Monitor and report fixture defects such as clogged urinals or non‑functioning lights. • Collect and dispose of building trash, replace liners in waste containers. • Sweep or shovel snow from steps, walkways, and entrances as directed. • Perform periodic tasks such as leather and wood surface polishing, wall washing, and high dusting. • Use portable backpack‑style vacuum cleaners and other cleaning equipment safely.

Benefits

The position offers competitive hourly pay of $17.95‑$20.60, a comprehensive benefits package that may include health, vision, dental, retirement, life and disability insurance, and paid or unpaid time off.
