About the Role

We are hiring Action Line (Front Line) Sales Professionals who will showcase the luxurious offerings of HGV and turn unforgettable vacations into reality. The role involves presenting vacation ownership opportunities, engaging with guests to understand their travel interests, and continuously improving selling capabilities through training. • Present vacation ownership opportunities to generate sales while upholding professional, ethical standards. • Greet guests, listen to travel interests, and recommend suitable options. • Participate in ongoing training to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and partnership skills and can work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Previous sales or marketing experience in luxury goods, insurance, hospitality, finance, or related services is required, and experience in the timeshare industry is a plus.
