About the Role

The specialist will ensure that the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) used for the project’s CDE has a clear and compelling structure aligned with engineering and site requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with colleagues, clients, suppliers and sub-contractors worldwide to guarantee efficient, quality-assured information flow through the CDE. Key duties involve overseeing the organization of project data, files and documents within ACC, enforcing communication, delivery and publishing processes, and verifying that engineering deliveries meet agreed formats and timelines. The role also administers ACC access, supports onboarding of new members, coordinates electronic information transfer, acts as the primary ACC contact for all stakeholders, prepares periodic progress reports, and liaises with clients and consultants on BIM standards. • Define and maintain a clear CDE structure in Autodesk Construction Cloud based on engineering and site requirements. • Organize project data, files, and documents within ACC and enforce established communication and publishing procedures. • Verify engineering deliverables are uploaded to ACC in correct formats and within agreed timelines. • Administer user access to ACC, granting and revoking permissions as project needs change. • Support onboarding of new project members by training them on ACC processes. • Coordinate electronic information transfer and ensure data integrity across the CDE. • Serve as the primary point of contact for ACC-related issues among construction managers, subcontractors, owners, and design teams. • Produce periodic progress reports on document status and CDE performance for management. • Liaise with clients and consultants to align BIM standards and document processes. • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil, electrical or mechanical engineering and have 1–3 years of relevant experience. Required skills include expert knowledge of CDE platforms such as ACC, BIM 360, Xecm or ProjectWise, experience with electronic data management systems, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and strong written and verbal communication. Knowledge of information-exchange processes, interdisciplinary coordination workflows and 3D modelling is preferred. • Hold a bachelor's degree in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering with 1–3 years of relevant experience. • Demonstrate expert knowledge of CDE platforms such as ACC, BIM 360, Xecm, or ProjectWise. • Experience implementing electronic data management systems and BIM processes. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of information-exchange workflows and 3D modelling preferred. • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
