About the Role

Your work will help project teams address cross‑catchment transfers, storm overflows and infrastructure discharges, ensuring compliance under climate change and population growth, preventing sewage pollution and exploring nature‑based solutions. This delivers strategic engineering outcomes and lasting benefits for local communities and the environment worldwide. • Deliver complex water quality modelling projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary experts. • Analyse large datasets to extract patterns and provide insights for environmental and social outcomes. • Contribute technical input to proposals, business development and new work acquisition. • Manage client relationships and oversee project delivery. • Mentor and support junior staff where possible.

What You Bring

Flexible and agile working arrangements are available, and the firm does not currently sponsor Skilled Worker visas following UK policy changes. • Degree in geography, mathematics, environmental science, civil engineering or related field. • Chartered professional status with a relevant body. • Proven delivery of SOAF, UPM or river modelling projects for UK water companies. • Strong understanding of hydrodynamics, sediments and water quality processes. • Proficiency with InfoWorks, MIKE11 or similar industry software. • Ability to innovate and guide junior colleagues. • Coding and statistical analysis experience. • Experience in source apportionment, catchment modelling or nature‑based solutions.
