Job Highlights
About the Role
The role involves regular installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures, as well as monitoring domestic pumps, flushing systems and storm‑water pump operations, especially during monsoons. You will follow preventive maintenance (PPM) checklists, assist with sump and overhead‑tank upkeep, and carry out repairs in plumbing shafts and restrooms. Managing the tech‑park’s water requirement in coordination with duty and reporting managers, updating registers and checklists after each task, and supporting STP operations to ensure uninterrupted treated‑water supply are also key duties. Leak detection and rectification within the tech park, in partnership with other teams, is an essential part of the job. • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures. • Monitor plumbing, domestic pumps, flushing systems, and storm‑water pump operations, especially during monsoons. • Follow preventive maintenance (PPM) checklists to reduce incidents. • Perform sump, overhead‑tank, and plumbing shaft repairs; manage restroom upkeep. • Coordinate the tech‑park’s water requirements with duty and reporting managers. • Update registers and checklists promptly after completing work. • Support STP operations to ensure uninterrupted treated‑water supply. • Detect and rectify leakages in coordination with other teams.
