About the Role

The production member must follow standardized work, meet or exceed production standards, handle parts throughout the process, record production data, deliver parts to subsequent operations, operate powered industrial equipment, and actively contribute to safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements while working safely and reporting hazards. • Follow standardized work • Meet or exceed production standards • Load, unload, clean, inspect, and pack/unpack parts • Place questionable parts in hold status and notify leadership • Record production using scan guns or manual entry • Collect data and deliver parts to the next process • Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, tugger, hand cart, drill, sander, polisher) • Contribute to safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements • Participate in team environment • Accept/reject parts to DS‑500 specifications • Perform ERGO stretches and work safely • Complete hazard observations and report unsafe actions per Delta procedures • Perform 5S housekeeping and visual workplace practices

What You Bring

Education and experience: a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; manufacturing experience is advantageous but not required. Candidates should demonstrate safety awareness, product quality focus, productivity and cost consciousness, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities, and be able to work independently with limited supervision. Performance standards: employees with recent written warnings or six or more attendance points are ineligible for promotions or transfers for six months. A Human Performance Evaluation may be required to confirm physical ability to lift, carry, push or pull as needed. Qualifications include the ability to read and interpret safety rules, Delta specifications, Standard Work Instructions, and systems such as MOS, SFM, QMS and ERP; basic arithmetic with whole numbers and decimals; and reasoning skills to follow written, oral or diagrammatic instructions and understand basic reports. The position is full‑time, located in the United States, and the company participates in E‑Verify to confirm employment eligibility.
