About the Role
The role focuses on managing the Job Cycle process, collaborating with service delivery and sales teams to understand client objectives and commercial terms, and performing engineering analysis to assess hazards. It ensures all application constraints are considered across disciplines and stakeholders. The incumbent designs comprehensive job programs with risk mitigation and contingency plans, communicates risks to clients, documents calculations, and provides on‑demand support during execution, while comparing planned versus executed jobs to drive continuous improvement. Documentation is maintained for audit visibility and to support dependent teams. Responsibilities also include handling field incidents, participating in investigations, managing incident resolution for swift customer service and cash collection, and recommending product improvements and sales support. Special projects and product‑line specific duties may also be assigned as needed. • Ensure compliance with the Job Cycle (MtJC) process. • Analyze client objectives and commercial terms with Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesperson. • Perform engineering modelling and hazard analysis for jobs. • Collaborate with all disciplines to consider application constraints. • Design job programs with risk mitigation and contingency plans to meet objectives and maximize revenue. • Communicate risks to clients via appropriate channels. • Document calculations, simulations, and revisions for audit visibility. • Provide on-demand support and on-call assistance for job execution. • Compare planned vs. executed jobs, capture lessons learned, and recommend procedural improvements. • Manage field incidents and participate in incident investigations to determine root causes. • Ensure timely incident resolution for customer satisfaction and cash collection. • Advise on product improvements for recurring failures. • Deliver sales support and product application recommendations. • Handle product‑line specific duties and special projects as needed. • Coach, mentor, and develop teams across organizational boundaries. • Utilize computer tools for data preparation and visualizations.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a STEM field, possess strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, be willing to be on call and travel, and thrive in a global matrix environment. They must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and influencing abilities to work effectively across organizational boundaries. Desired traits include significant operational experience, confidence presenting to experienced peers, ability to coach and mentor teams, proficiency with data‑visualization tools, and capacity to work independently. The role reports to the Service Delivery Technical Manager and contributes to product line responsibilities and special projects. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline. • Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, influencing, and planning skills. • Be available on call outside normal business hours and willing to travel. • Work effectively in a global matrix organization with excellent communication and presentation abilities. • Possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities. • Exhibit significant operational experience and confidence presenting to peers.
