About the Role
The Emerging Business Leader (EBL) – Program Manager will lead the transformation of EBLs into Engagement Managers within 18‑24 months. The role ensures top‑talent recruitment, comprehensive training, and strategic placement, while working closely with the Global Business Head and Strategic Business Leaders. Governance is maintained through metrics, playbook adherence, and regular stakeholder reporting. Key duties include acquiring and onboarding fresh and lateral EBL talent, coordinating with delivery, HR, and RMG teams for internal transitions, and measuring onboarding success. The manager also curates and updates the sales playbook, designs training materials, monitors feedback, and sets metrics to evaluate program effectiveness. Strategic deployment involves assigning EBLs to appropriate accounts and new‑business opportunities, facilitating rotations, and providing mentorship access, all while overseeing governance and reporting. • Partner with Leadership Hiring team to identify, interview, select, and onboard fresh and lateral EBL hires. • Coordinate with Delivery, HRBP, and RMG to transition internal talent from delivery to sales roles. • Define and update the sales playbook content, structure, and resources with internal stakeholders. • Curate training materials, tools, and programs to accelerate EBL capability and efficiency. • Review, standardize, and continuously improve existing development programs based on feedback. • Establish and track metrics to assess onboarding and training effectiveness. • Collaborate with Global Business Head and Strategic Business Leaders to place EBLs in suitable accounts and new‑business development opportunities. • Monitor SFA performance, assess EBL progress, and identify rotation opportunities for broader experience. • Facilitate mentorship and leadership access for EBLs to support professional growth. • Ensure program governance by maintaining metrics, updating the playbook, and providing periodic stakeholder reports. • Manage the EBL program, Sales Leadership Development (Band 3), and related functional projects.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing or an MBA, and possess 15‑18 years of experience, preferably supporting sales functions. Required skills include advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, strong program/project management, critical and systems thinking, and the ability to work across functions, levels, and geographies. The ideal individual is a proactive self‑starter with excellent communication, a ‘can‑do’ attitude, and a desire to grow, and is based in Bangalore. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing or an MBA. • Possess 15‑18 years of experience, preferably supporting sales functions. • Demonstrate expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. • Exhibit strong program/project management, critical thinking, and systems thinking abilities. • Be a proactive self‑starter with a ‘can‑do’ attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic, and virtual environments while multitasking and adapting to changing priorities. • Prior sales experience is preferred.
