Manage structural engineering, quality and coordination for mixed-use project in Abu Dhabi
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Manage site engineering and dimensional control, ensuring robust verification before follow‑on works. • Manage trade contractors, ITP compliance and inspection records, and resolve design and technical queries. • Follow Mace temporary works procedures, driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement. • Oversee coordination between multidisciplinary teams, maintaining alignment on design standards, specifications, and project deliverables. • Provide expert advice on building safety legislation, building codes, HSE requirements, construction contracts, and FIDIC Yellow Book conditions. • Support delivery phase of complex building projects, ensuring compliance, constructability, and best‑practice design solutions. • Build strong relationships with client representatives, senior stakeholders, and wider project teams to drive collaboration and efficient decision‑making. • Integrate sustainability and carbon considerations into project design and delivery strategies. • Create opportunity – champion continuous improvement and inspire people to excel.
