About the Role
The role supports the powder‑coating production line by handling part preparation, coating application, and quality verification, while maintaining equipment and the work environment. • Inspect incoming parts for defects before processing. • Rack or hang parts to prepare them for coating. • Apply powder‑coat using proper technique to meet quality standards. • Set up machines and adjust equipment to achieve correct paint paths and thicknesses. • Inspect finished parts and wrap them when required. • Perform daily cleaning of paint booths, spray guns, and lines as preventative maintenance. • Maintain a tidy and organized work area throughout the shift. • Lift loads up to 50 lb and follow safe work practices.

What You Bring
