About the Role
The AI Solution Architect role designs and delivers AI‑enabled solutions for business and back‑office functions such as HR, Finance, and IT. Working within the Operational AI organization, you will translate business needs into secure, scalable, production‑ready architectures, guiding delivery teams through implementation while adhering to established reference architectures. • Design end‑to‑end AI systems, including retrieval‑based architectures, agent‑based orchestration, and multi‑model workflows. • Partner with business and back‑office teams to translate requirements into technical designs. • Guide engineering teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and production‑ready. • Apply approved architectural patterns for GenAI, automation, orchestration, and agent‑based workflows. • Ensure solutions meet security, data governance, observability, and reliability requirements. • Review solution designs and implementations for alignment with architectural guardrails. • Evaluate and communicate technical trade‑offs related to cost, latency, scalability, and operational risk.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of professional engineering experience in enterprise or distributed systems (or equivalent). • Proven experience designing and delivering end‑to‑end enterprise solutions. • Strong architectural foundation in backend systems, APIs, and distributed or event‑driven architectures. • Hands‑on experience designing AI‑enabled solutions such as retrieval‑based systems, orchestration flows, or agent‑style workflows. • Deep understanding of operational readiness, including versioning, security controls, and system monitoring. • Experience working within defined architectural standards or reference architectures. • Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Preferred: Experience delivering AI solutions across multiple enterprise or back‑office domains. • Preferred: Experience operationalizing GenAI solutions with real users, governed data, and lifecycle management. • Preferred: Experience collaborating closely with senior or principal architects.
