About the Role

You will develop an understanding of Delta Faucet products and development processes, assist in design, specification, and implementation of projects, and support detailed design, assembly, testing, and production part approval. Training on CREO solid modeling and engineering test equipment will enable you to contribute to component and assembly modifications, brainstorming sessions, and cross‑functional team activities. As your knowledge grows, you will assume increasing ownership of development activities, from concept creation through design verification, tooling, model validation testing, and product launch, while analyzing reliability through environmental, performance, and accelerated life‑cycle testing. • Assist in design, specification, and implementation of product development projects. • Support detailed product design, assembly, testing, and production part approval. • Use CREO solid modeling tools for component and assembly design modifications. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and cross‑functional development teams. • Conduct reliability testing, including environmental and accelerated life‑cycle tests. • Lead development activities from concept creation through design verification and product launch as experience grows.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate is pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field, currently a freshman or sophomore with a minimum 3.0 GPA, and possesses strong analytical, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills. • Pursue a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field with at least a 3.0 GPA (freshman/sophomore). • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities.
