About the Role
As a Call Center Agent on the Customer Service team, you will support lead generation and sales by verifying homeowner information, confirming advisor availability, validating product qualifications, and gauging interest. You will collaborate with customers and employees across all Mad City markets to help start their home‑improvement projects. • Manage appointments from face-to-face sources and enter them into the CRM. • Document call attempts with appropriate dispositions and detailed notes. • Handle inbound calls from promoters and place outbound calls to verify leads. • Participate in department contests and achieve personal and team goals.
