About the Role
The Accounts Receivable Analyst will manage and oversee the cash‑application process for the ANZ region. The role ensures accurate cash allocation, reconciliation and email management while collaborating with property managers, portfolio accountants, tenants and the on‑shore team to process transactions timely. • Develop and implement efficient cash‑application processes. • Accurately allocate customer payments to open invoices. • Perform daily, monthly and yearly cash reconciliations. • Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes with customers. • Communicate payment information and assist customers with inquiries. • Identify and execute process‑improvement initiatives to reduce errors and manual effort. • Prepare and present cash‑application reports, aging and KPI analyses. • Maintain up‑to‑date records of cash‑application transactions.

What You Bring
