About the Role
The PDE Operations role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Operations, and AI, designing and running systems that help Product and Engineering teams move faster with clarity and less overhead. You will turn customer feedback into insights, delivery data into meaningful metrics, and AI tools into productivity gains. This is a hands‑on, execution‑heavy position working closely with the CTO, product leaders, and engineering managers to improve delivery, quality, and decision‑making at scale. • Own and evolve SIFT (System for Insights, Feedback & Trends) using AI to analyse customer and prospect feedback. • Design and maintain feedback, NPS, and insight pipelines that teams actively use. • Coordinate KPI, SLA, and delivery metrics across Product and Engineering. • Work with teams to improve delivery velocity, quality, and predictability. • Support rollout and adoption of AI tools, measuring usage and impact. • Reduce operational load on the CTO and product managers by handling admin, coordination, and tooling work. • Act as a thought partner to Product, Design, and Engineering leadership on priorities, trade‑offs, and execution. • Design metrics and insights that inform decisions without creating fear or excessive overhead. • Promote responsible AI use while encouraging adoption across teams. • Create scalable systems that work across diverse team workflows. • Balance central consistency with team autonomy.

What You Bring
• Operate effectively in ambiguous environments, shaping problems before solving them. • Must have strong operational and systems thinking, ability to turn messy inputs into clear outputs, and excellent written and verbal communication. • Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams is required. • Nice to have experience in Product Ops, Engineering Ops, TPM, delivery analytics, leadership support, or high‑growth environments.
