About the Role
• Manage vendor‑executed site work to meet cost, quality, schedule, and HSE targets per tender and contract documents. • Coordinate with design and engineering consultants to resolve vendor design queries promptly. • Review and certify vendor work for client payment processing. • Oversee change control, preparing variation orders with consultants and securing client approval. • Gather vendor data to produce regular cash‑flow forecasts for the client. • Provide periodic client reports on progress, covering cost, quality, schedule, HSE performance, and risk mitigation. • Lead testing, commissioning, and handover activities with vendors near project completion. • Develop and maintain a handover and close‑out programme with vendors and the client’s RE and facility teams. • Create and track a snag list, ensuring final sign‑off from the client’s RE/facility team. • Monitor the handover and close‑out schedule. • Facilitate financial closure by preparing final variation orders, certifying final bills, and coordinating required documentation with vendors. • Coordinate preparation and submission of as‑built documents and handover packages. • Organise workshops with vendors and consultants for the client’s facility team to ensure smooth operations and feedback during the in‑use stage. • Monitor, review, and close out project risks.
