About the Role
Key duties include repairing a variety of equipment—including bulldozers, scrapers, backhoes, loaders, yard trucks, tractors, forklifts, and company vehicles—and diagnosing and fixing differentials, hydraulic systems, motors, transmissions, drives, air‑conditioning, and electrical systems. You will perform preventative maintenance according to the site checklist and complete required paperwork such as work orders, checklists, and oil sample logs. Additionally, you will service auxiliary equipment like light plants, water pumps, and welders. What You Bring
Each day you will work at one of our recycling facilities that serve over 20 million customers nationwide. As a Master Heavy Equipment Mechanic you will be responsible for servicing and repairing heavy equipment such as bulldozers, scrapers and front‑end loaders, which are essential to our operations. Your expertise will be recognized and valued for its impact on the site’s efficiency. Applicants must have at least 10 years of maintenance experience on heavy equipment and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Candidates must be 18 years or older, legally eligible to work in the United States, and able to meet the physical demands of the role.
