About the Role

You will manage and coordinate multiple I&C projects and warranty cases for high‑voltage gas insulated switchgear, hybrid GIS and DTBs, acting as the single point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include handling non‑conformities during erection, testing and commissioning, driving corrective action plans, coordinating material availability, overseeing fault investigations, supporting service teams during site activities, and ensuring timely handover of engineering documentation. • Coordinate I&C project schedules and warranty case timelines. • Serve as the single point of contact for customers, quality, planning, and logistics teams. • Lead non‑conformity resolution, including NCR action plans and root‑cause analysis. • Ensure timely dispatch of materials and handover of engineering documents for site activities. • Support service teams in site execution, fault investigation and corrective actions. • Maintain project documentation, lesson‑learned registers, and ISO compliance records. • Utilize SAP/S4HANA for material and service tracking. • Apply strong HSE, quality and integrity standards in daily operations. • Prioritize tasks and take responsibility for delivery outcomes. • Collaborate with global project managers and customer representatives.

What You Bring

A degree in engineering—preferably electrical—and solid technical knowledge of substation systems and high‑voltage GIS products are required. Candidates should be familiar with SAP/S4HANA, have a strong HSE and quality mindset, be organized and collaborative, and possess proven experience in services, customer handling or quality roles. Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
