About the Role

In this role, you will assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing cost estimates for a wide range of aviation and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with senior estimators, project managers, and design teams throughout the project lifecycle, from early conceptual estimates to detailed construction cost analysis. The position is ideal for a detail‑oriented, analytical professional looking to grow expertise in cost estimating, construction management, and aviation project delivery. • Develop cost estimates for aviation airside and landside scopes. • Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis using drawings and specifications. • Support estimates for all design phases from conceptual to construction documents. • Analyze contractor bids and proposals for completeness and accuracy. • Assist with cost control, budgeting, and forecasting during project execution. • Contribute to value engineering and constructability reviews to optimize cost and schedule. • Participate in project meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. • Maintain organized cost data and unit price libraries for consistency and benchmarking. • Prepare and review cost reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and client review.

What You Bring

The position may require passing airport‑specific background checks and obtaining badges or clearances. Relocation support may be available for qualified candidates, but sponsorship is not offered. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. • Possess 6+ years of experience in cost estimating, quantity surveying, or project controls. • Experience supporting aviation, transportation, or infrastructure projects (preferred). • Familiarity with multiple delivery methods such as Design‑Bid‑Build, CMAR, and Design‑Build. • Knowledge of regional construction costs and industry standards. • Experience with Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, or similar project management tools. • Proficiency with estimating software like Sage/Timberline, RSMeans, or On‑Screen Takeoff. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
