About the Role
In this role, the Lead Generator serves as a liaison between clients and the company, delivering quality service and solutions for home remodeling projects in retail or event settings. • Help generate leads for the sales team in retail/event settings such as big-box stores, trade shows, and community events/fairs • Build relationships with customers to promote brand awareness

What You Bring
• Valid driver’s license • Positive, outgoing, and motivated mindset • Open‑mind and ability to learn in a team setting • Reliable means of transportation • Ability to work Monday‑Friday 9 am‑7 pm and Saturday 9 am‑2 pm (schedule may vary) • Ability to meet physical demands: stand and walk up to 8 hours per day; crawling, climbing, stretching, kneeling, and carrying up to 50 lb
