About the Role
The Container Facility Manager provides daily leadership for the container facility, ensuring service quality and safety standards are upheld. In this role, the manager oversees all operational aspects, from assigning tasks and scheduling resources to coordinating container deliveries and swaps. They monitor performance metrics, address operational challenges, and drive process improvements while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety programs. The position operates in a hybrid environment, combining office duties—such as using computers, phones, and copy machines—with plant and field work, requiring occasional physical activity and standard safety precautions. • Supervise daily facility staff and provide operational support. • Assign duties, organize schedules, and allocate resources to complete activities. • Purchase materials and compile financial data for capital asset acquisitions. • Schedule container deliveries and coordinate container swaps. • Monitor departmental performance, identify issues, and implement process improvements. • Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety programs. • Manage personnel functions including coaching, training, discipline, performance evaluations, and input on termination, compensation, and promotions. • Identify training needs and deliver training to new or less experienced employees.

What You Bring
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and have at least four years of relevant experience. Additional preferred qualifications may be considered. Benefits
