The intern also helps design performance dashboards, prepares governance meeting materials, and contributes analytics-driven improvements such as ticket categorization and predictive trend analysis. • Analyze and track SAP post-go-live issues and trends across functional workstreams. • Support incident resolution and capture knowledge for the AMS team. • Maintain and update SAP AMS operational procedures, SOPs, and knowledge‑base articles. • Design and refresh performance dashboards and reports to monitor SLA metrics, ticket volumes, and root cause analysis. • Prepare status summaries, risk/issue logs, and performance review materials for governance meetings. • Contribute to AMS efficiency improvements through analytics and automation, such as ticket categorization insights and predictive trend analysis.

What You Bring
MiTek is moving its SAP implementation from go-live and hyper-care into steady-state operations, and this internship provides hands‑on experience supporting the launch and stabilization of the SAP Application Management Services (AMS) model. The SAP AMS Intern will collaborate closely with the ERP Service Delivery Manager and the AMS partner to ensure smooth post-go-live operations, effective process documentation, and data-driven performance monitoring. Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, and have a foundational understanding of SAP ERP (preferably S/4HANA) and core business processes. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and tools like ServiceNow is preferred, along with strong analytical, documentation, Excel/Power BI, communication, and problem-solving skills. The role is office-based, requiring typical computer and telephone use. • Pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Possess foundational understanding of SAP ERP (preferably S/4HANA) and core business processes. • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ServiceNow tools is preferred. • Demonstrate strong analytical, documentation, Excel/Power BI, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
