Compensation starts at $75,000 annually with a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, and benefits begin on day one, covering medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. Employees receive 15 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 3 floating holidays, plus a dedicated mentor and a supportive network of peers and leaders.
