What You Bring
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or a related engineering field, with coursework such as thermodynamics, machine design, fluid flow, or introductory electrical engineering. The program includes potential rotations in Marinette, WI; Cranston, RI; Lubbock, TX; and Weslaco, TX, offering exposure to engineering, operations, and product development. Compensation starts at $75,000 annually with a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, and benefits begin on day one, covering medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. Employees receive 15 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 3 floating holidays, plus a dedicated mentor and a supportive network of peers and leaders. The program offers real‑world experience, variety across engineering and business paths, and direct mentorship from experienced engineers.
